This is your chance to learn your favourite Latin dances, without the need for a partner.
Its a great way to meet new friends, have a laugh and exercise without even realising it. Suitable for men and ladies, it is the perfect way to let your hair down and learn the fancy footwork you see on Strictly – on your own!
Using all the basic rhythms and moves, Andrea will guide you through the routines, averaging about 4,000 steps in a one hour class.
Dances include Cha Cha, Salsa, Paso Doble, Jive, Rumba, Charleston and more. You might need to remember to bring a water bottle and comfy shoes, as it really is a workout in disguise.
